Photography is always fun to me, but when the Kinoshita Circus came to town, I really got to clown around. :) A feature from Okinawa Living magazine.

If you’ve ever had to photograph action scenes in a super dark location, you know how challenging shooting circus acts inside a dark tent can be. Even with today’s high ISO capable cameras, when you combine action, darkness, and great distance from the subject, which means flash is a no-go, you have a perfect storm for photography challenges. I used a 70-200 f2.8 lens and a lot of panning to pull off these shots.
