Exploratory Consistency

Society rewards consistency.
But only one kind.
The compliant kind.
School rewards it.
Organizations depend on it.
Entire systems are built around it.
I was never wired for it.
But I have been consistent about something else.
Curiosity.
That curiosity has pulled me through
Sales.
Photography.
Technology.
Marketing.
And now AI.
From the outside that path looks scattered.
But internally there has always been a pattern.
Follow the interesting problem.
Learn what is needed.
Build something.
Solve it.
Move forward.
That’s a different kind of consistency.
Exploratory consistency.
And maybe that’s why AI tools resonate with me so much.
They don’t force a predefined path.
They support curiosity.
They support experimentation.
They support building.
They reward the same thing I’ve always followed.
Not consistent compliance.
Consistent curiosity.
Some read this and think: nope.
Others, like me, will think: exactly.
Maybe both are true.
Better is a direction, not a destination.
